FAQs

Can I book bikes?
Yes, please call or email us to inform 1) the date and time and 2) the number of bikes you'd like to rent. You can also book bikes on the day.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
The following cancellation fee will be charged in case you cancel your booking.
*For the cancellation on 7 to 2 days before the booking date : 50% of the rental fee
*For the cancellation on the day and 1 day before the booking date : 100% of the rental fee
In case of bad weather, we accept cancellation on the day without charge.
Can I rent a bike for two consecutive days or for more days?
Yes, please refer the rental fee for two days. If you'd like to rent more than two days, please contact us.
Are the bikes equipped with a basket?
We have several bikes with a basket, but most of our bikes are without one, so we recommend you use a backpack and the like. We also have a baggage storage service, so feel free to ask us.
Can I get insurance?
Yes, bodily Injury / property damage liability insurance (within the limits of 100 million yen by Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance) is included in the rental fee, so please be assured.
